Fee

Conference fee is 260 euros, covering

• full room and board in the hotel for five nights (double rooms, including three meals, sport activities etc.)
• transport to/from the hotel
• conference material
• coffee breaks
• conference dinner

Fee for an accompanying person is 190 euros.

Important dates

• Registration: until May 15th (extended)
• Abstract submission: until May 15th
• Arrival date: June 19th - dinner time
• Conference working days from June 20th until June 23rd
• Departure date: June 24th - after breakfast

Transport to/from the hotel will be organized on Arrival/Departure dates, both from Novi Sad (Faculty building) and from Belgrade airport.
