The pre-registration deadline was May 10, 2013 (23:59 CET).

To pre-register, please send an e-mail to our address nsac2013@dmi.uns.ac.rs containing the following data:

  • full name of the participant (in case of longer names, please indicate the form that you want to appear on your badge);
  • affiliation (department or other organisational unit; university or other institution; city; country);
  • e-mail;
  • names of accompanying persons (if any);
  • your intention to contribute a short talk (yes/no).

For issues related to visas and formal invitation letters, please read the Travel info section. If it turns out that you need a visa to travel to Serbia, the additional data requested there represent an integral part of the pre-registration process. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

To apply for a contributed short talk (i.e. for providing a full title and abstract), you must be pre-registered first. It is possible to pre-register and apply for a contributed talk simultaneously (i.e. in the same e-mail message).

A registration office will be set up during the conference. The registration fee (which is to be paid upon arrival) is specified in the conference announcements (posted at Links & pics). The registration fee is waived for: the invited speakers, members of the Scientific Committee, and all participants affiliated with the University of Novi Sad.
