Prospective participants of the AAA83 workshop should pre-register not later than February 15, 2012, 23:59 PM CET. Please, send an e-mail to our address aaa83@dmi.uns.ac.rs containing the following data:

  • full name of the participant (given name and surname obligatory; in case of longer names, please indicate the form that you want to appear on your badge);
  • affiliation (department or other organisational unit; university or other institution; city; country);
  • e-mail;
  • names of accompanying persons (if any);
  • your intention to contribute a short talk (yes/no).

As a part of the pre-registration process, citizens of countries required to have a visa to enter Serbia (click here to see the official list) must also fill this form: InvLettData.txt and either attach it to the pre-registration e-mail or include it in the body of the message. This is because the application process for a Serbian visa will require an institutional invitation letter form filled by us, signed by the Dean of our Faculty, and then faxed to the Embassy or Consulate of the Republic of Serbia where you will apply. Of course, citizens of countries that do not need visa for Serbia may skip this part altogether.

Each pre-registration e-mail will be acknowledged by a member of the Organising Committee.

A title and an abstract of a short talk can be submitted separately (see the link Short talks); however, you need to be pre-registered before such a submission (or, alternatively, you can pre-register and send a title and an abstract in the same e-mail message).

A registration office will be set up during the workshop. The registration fee (which is to be paid upon arrival) will be specified later, in the conference announcements, but it is expected to be rather moderate. The registration fee is waived for: the invited speakers, foreign members of the Scientific Committee, and all participants affiliated with the University of Novi Sad.
